Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Guest Relations Executive. As a Guest Relations Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction. This is a full-time position with a requirement of 1 to 3 years of experience. The job location is Daman, Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues effectively
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends and holidays
Roles and Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide information and assistance to guests regarding hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints and ensure prompt resolution
- Maintain a high level of customer service by anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests are handled efficiently
- Assist with the check-in and check-out process
- Ensure the lobby area is clean and presentable at all times
- Handle incoming calls and redirect them as necessary
- Provide support during busy periods to ensure smooth operation of the front desk
- Assist with administrative tasks as assigned
