We are seeking an experienced Trainer - Sales to join our team at Delphic Jobs, a consumer services company based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. As a Trainer - Sales, you will be responsible for providing training and development programs to our sales team. This is a full-time position with a mid-level experience requirement of 4 to 6 years.

Qualifications and Skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs for the sales team

• Provide on-the-job coaching and guidance to sales representatives
• Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
• Identify areas of improvement and propose appropriate solutions
• Collaborate with sales managers to identify training needs
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and sales techniques
• Create and update training materials and manuals
• Monitor and track training progress and results
