JOB DESCRIPTION – Assistant Manager - Payroll Management & HR Compliance Job Overview You will be part of the Payroll and Compliance team that performs payroll compliance-related processes. The job profile involves generating various PF reports such as – Master (PF), Head Count, Net Pay summary, Statutory Deductions, Reconciliation Report, variance summary report, etc. The activities also involve preparation of various MS Excel formats Annual Reconciliation Statement, PF calculations, templates for accounting & settlements on Gratuity & Superannuation. Role Expectations:

• Current knowledge of payroll procedures and related laws; Familiarity with any HRMS system

• Efficient stakeholder management and partnering with the leadership team to ensure all activities are in line with the business priorities.

• Ensuring Legal compliance, PF, ESI, Gratuity administration,

• Liaise with stakeholders & collaborate with the finance team for timely disbursement of pay-outs.

• Inspect and audit all total payrolls to guarantee that legislative compliance is observed.

• Handle systems and recommend modifications or upgrades when necessary.

• Create and manage HR Process Compliance reports & Audit Management

• Responsible for attendance management of employees

• Issue all employee-related documents – transfer, experience letter, role change, increment letters, etc.

• Monthly checks for adherence to HR audit requirements & report preparation Payroll compliance:

• PF, ESIC, PT, LWF Calculation and Challan Generation:

• Accurately calculate and generate PF, ESIC, PT, and LWF contributions as part of the monthly payroll process.

• Issuance of ESIC Cards to employees

• Follow-up with employees for UAN no’s & making sure month PF and ESIC is filled for all employees including new joiners.

• Ensure timely remittance of these contributions.

• PT monthly & Annual Return Required Skills/Abilities:

• Graduate degree in any field. Any specialized certification relevant to the domain would be an added advantage.

• Should have prior experience of working on end-to-end payroll processes in Indian companies.

• Proven experience as a Assistant Manager or similar role

• Should possess excellent communication skills (both written and oral), and interpersonal & presentation skills.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
