DESCRIPTION
Responsible for all aspects of endpoint management and configuration at TSI sites across the US, Philippines and India.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
·
· Manage, construct, test and deploy group policy updates for PCs.
· Administer System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
· Prepare deployment packages and self-service installs in SCCM.
· Perform desktop software rollouts.
· Administer software patch deployment.
· Administer Trend Micro (AV, Enforcement Agent, DLP)
· Analyze and implement solutions for desktop software application rollouts.
· Identify and administer global registry updates where required.
· Setup and maintain role based access for all business lines.
· Document end user support processes and procedures and maintain a knowledge base.
· Ensure compliance with vulnerability scan requirements where applicable.
· Assist end user support technicians with troubleshooting, issue resolution, guidance, and best practices.
· Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations relating to job duties.
· Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with TSI policies and procedures.
· Make recommendations to implement improved processes.
· Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
·
- 1-5 years of end user/desktop support experience required.
· Broad and deep knowledge for supporting Windows 10 PCs and peripherals required.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills required.
- A+, MCDST, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Experience working with SCCM preferred.
- Experience with large-scale high availability environments (5000+ end points).
- Experience with end user computing backup solutions is a plus.
- Experience with enterprise level Windows 10 upgrades is a plus.
- Experience supporting on premise and work at home employees is a plus.
- Very strong service-oriented skillset.
- Deep knowledge of IT security for end user computing devices.
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team fostered environment.
- Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work.
- Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
· Office environment.
· Ability to lift and/or move 20 pounds with or without accommodation.
· Ability to travel.
· Ability to be on call 24 hours a day on a 7–day rotating schedule.
