Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team at Deloitte. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and delivery of our products. This role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India and is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 7 to 10 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of product management tools and software.
• Understanding of user research and usability testing.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex products.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and strategy.
• Gather and prioritize product requirements from internal and external sources.
• Create and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that it is up-to-date and clearly defined.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of product releases.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends.
• Define and track key product metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor competition and industry trends to stay informed about emerging technologies and best practices.
• Provide guidance and support to the development team, ensuring that the product is delivered according to the defined requirements and specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers and QA engineers, to ensure high-quality product delivery.
• Support the product launch and provide ongoing support and training to internal and external stakeholders.
