Work Mode: WFO Only
Location: Seoni, Madhya Pradesh
Priority: Immediate / Maximum 15 Days Notice Period Acceptable
Budget: 15,000 - 25,000 Monthly (Professional Tax and Insurance Deduction Exclusive)
Interview Rounds: 3 (HR, Technical, and Practical)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Monday - Friday) | 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Leave Policy: 8 Paid Leaves *Terms Applied
Notice Period: 1 Month (Mandatory) - If Bypassed, No Relieving/Experience Letter Allotted
Provisional Period: 90 Days
Commitment Period (Bond): Provisional Period + 365 Days (1 Year)
Motive:
As a Robotics Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robotic systems to meet the needs of our projects.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing robotic systems: Create and modify mechanical, electrical, and software components of robots to meet project requirements. This involves designing robot structures, selecting actuators and sensors, and integrating various subsystems.
- Testing and optimization: Conduct experiments and tests to evaluate the performance and reliability of robotic systems. Identify and resolve any issues or limitations to improve overall functionality and efficiency.
- Integration and collaboration: Collaborate with other engineers, such as mechanical engineers and software developers, to integrate robotics into larger systems or processes. Ensure seamless communication and compatibility between different components.
- Documentation and reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of design specifications, test results, and troubleshooting procedures. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Research and innovation: Stay updated with the latest advancements in robotics technology and industry trends. Continuously explore new concepts, techniques, and tools to enhance robotic capabilities and propose innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
- Education: A bachelor's degree in robotics engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field is typically required. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are advantageous.
- Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in robotics or a related field.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in robotics hardware and software development is essential. Knowledge of robotic kinematics, dynamics, and control algorithms is necessary.
- Problem-solving abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are crucial to identifying and resolving technical challenges in robotics. You should be able to troubleshoot and debug complex systems effectively.
- Teamwork and communication: Excellent teamwork and communication skills are vital to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The ability to work well in a collaborative environment is essential.
