We are looking for a talented Mechanical Engineer with a passion for robotics to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1.5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on designing and implementing robotic systems.


Experience: 1.5 - 3 years (Relevant Experience Only)

Work Mode: WFO Only

Location: Seoni, Madhya Pradesh

Priority: Immediate / Maximum 15 Days Notice Period Acceptable

Budget: 15,000 - 25,000 Monthly (Professional Tax and Insurance Deduction Exclusive)

Interview Rounds: 3 (HR, Technical, and Practical)

Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Monday - Friday) | 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Leave Policy: 8 Paid Leaves *Terms Applied

Notice Period: 1 Month (Mandatory) - If Bypassed, No Relieving/Experience Letter Allotted

Provisional Period: 90 Days

Commitment Period (Bond): Provisional Period + 365 Days (1 Year)


Motive:

As a Mechanical Engineer specializing in robotics, you will play a key role in developing and implementing innovative designs to meet the challenges of our projects.


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Design and develop mechanical components and systems for robotic applications.
  • Collaborate with electrical engineers and software developers to integrate mechanical systems with control and sensing technologies.
  • Utilize CAD software to create detailed designs and specifications for mechanical parts and assemblies.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and analysis to evaluate the performance, reliability, and manufacturability of mechanical designs.
  • Prototype and test mechanical prototypes to validate design concepts and identify areas for improvement.
  • Optimize designs for weight, strength, and functionality while considering factors such as cost and manufacturability.
  • Document design specifications, test procedures, and results for reference and future development efforts.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in robotics technology and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on robotics or automation.
  • Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Inventor.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, including kinematics, dynamics, and materials science.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and techniques for producing mechanical components.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
