We are looking for a full-time Laravel Developer to join our team and help us build innovative and scalable web applications with reusable and clear code.
Experience: 1-3 Years (Relevant Experience Only)
Work Mode: WFO/WFH
Priority: Immediate /Maximum 15-Day Notice Period Acceptable
Budget: 15,000–25,000 Monthly (Professional Tax & Insurance Deduction Exclusive)
Interview Rounds: 3 (HR/Technical/Practical)
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Monday - Saturday) | 9:30 AM–6:30 PM
Leave Policy: 12 Paid Leaves *Terms Applied
Notice Period: 1 Month (Mandatory) - If Bypass No Relieving/Experience Letter Allowed
Provisional Period: 90 Days
Commitment Period (Bond): Provisional Period + 365 Days (1 Year)
Responsibilities
- Write Clean, scalable, and easy code with Laravel's best practices
- Develop, test, and deploy high-quality Laravel code that matches the client's expectations.
- Connect with the team to gather and analyze project requirements.
- Provide technical support and assistance to other team members when required.
- Aware of best practices in web development and Laravel.
- Knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives within the development team.
- Troubleshoot, debug and update with new tools and technology
- Participate in code reviews, sharing constructive feedback and incorporating suggestions
- Capable of handling weekly client scrum calls.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of professional experience working with the Laravel framework.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with relational databases such as MySQL
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs (Postman) and integration with external services.
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools for unit and integration testing.
- Previous experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in PHP, the Laravel framework, MVC architecture, and ORM.
- Solid understanding of Roles and permissions in Laravel.
- Knowledge of front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript (jQuery), and Bootstrap is a must
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
WFO Note:
- We are not providing laptops. The candidate has to arrange before joining.
- The candidate has to make sure they have good internet connectivity. (Call such expenses covered by the candidates themselves.)
