We are seeking a Business Development Manager with a proven track record of success in bringing new business from clients who want video promotion on YouTube. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with new clients and driving revenue growth. The role requires a deep understanding of the video promotion industry and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase YouTube video promotion budgets from clients.
- Identify and cultivate new client relationships through cold calling, networking, and other means of outreach.
- Manage the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the video promotion industry.

- Strong understanding of the video production and promotion industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
