Job - Responsibilities for Manager- HR

1.     Should be good in effective HR management systems, support, and monitoring.

2.     Should be well-versed in employee documentation, employment verification,

3.     Must know about preparing LOIs, Offer letters, Appointment Letters, Confirmation Letters, Experience letters, letters, and other Letters etc.

4.     Must have Good command on payroll processes and employee database management.

5.     Maintaining human resources staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

6.     Ensures statutory compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable law and state requirements.

7.     Basic knowledge of labour laws.

8.     Should have knowledge of creating and implementing HR policies as per requirement.

9.     Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.

10.  Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).

11.  Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.

12.  Preparing monthly payroll relevant data (Leave Management, Attendance, bonus, leaves, etc).

13.  Should have any HRMS Software work experience

14.  Training and Development. Employee Engagement, Employee Relations.

15.  Compensation and benefits working.

16.  Must have Team Handling Experience

17.  Able to handle all compliance cases

18.  Must know about Managing all kinds of report patterns.

19.  Must be aware of any of the HR Software

20.  Should know the reporting pattern of HR Software.

21.  Should have worked on HR implementation process.

22.  The person will be able to deal with HR software companies for troubleshooting issues related to HR software issue

Specific Skills:

·       Expert in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel (with formulas), PowerPoint,

 

Education and/or Experience:

 

·       M.B.A. in HR & Minimum 4 to 6 Years related experience in HR

·       Candidate required from Hotel or Restaurant Chain

 

Language Skills:

 

English & Hindi

 

Salary – Up to 7.5 Lac LPA                                      Location: New Delhi
