1. **Bulk Production Experience: ** Demonstrated ability to manage and oversee large-scale production in a kitchen environment.
2. **Kitchen Setup Expertise: ** Proven experience in setting up commercial kitchens, including a strong understanding of kitchen design and equipment.
3. **Construction Knowledge: ** Familiarity with kitchen construction processes, ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations.
4. **Recipe Development: ** Proficiency in creating and enhancing recipes to meet the standards of our organization.
5. **Production Cost Calculation: ** Ability to analyze and calculate production costs, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness in kitchen operations.
6. Manage food costing and inventory.
7. Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance.
8. Ensure compliance with applicable health codes and regulations.
9. Training of all outlets in charge of HACCP, Fire fitting, and SOP.
Must have team-handling experience and will be able to train Kitchen staff in kitchen etiquette, food preparations, and recipe preparations.
Must Be a Graduate (preferably a degree, diploma in food productions or IHM Passed Out).
