Job - Responsibilities for AM- HR

1.     Should be good in effective HR management systems, support and monitoring.

2.     Should be well versed in employee documentation, employment verification,

3.     Must have knowledge preparing LOI, Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Confirmation Letter, Experience letter, Appraisal Letter and other Letter etc.

4.     Must have Good command on payroll process and employee data base management.

5.     Maintaining human resources staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

6.     Ensures statutory compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable law state requirements.

7.     Basic knowledge of labour laws.

8.     Should have knowledge creating and implementing HR Polices as per requirement.

9.     Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.

10.  Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).

11.  Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.

12.  Preparing monthly payroll relevant data (Leave Management, Attendance, bonus, leaves, etc).

13.  Should have any HRMS Software work experience

14.  Training and Development. Employee Engagement, Employee Relations.

15.  Compensation and benefits working.

16.  Must have Team Handling Experience

17.  Able to handle all compliance cases

18.  Must have knowledge of Managing all kinds of reports pattern.

19.  Must be aware about any of the HR Software

20.  Should know reporting pattern of HR Software.

21.  Should have worked on HR implementation process.

22.  The person will be able to deal with HR software companies for troubleshooting issue related with HR software issue

Specific Skills:

·       Expert in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel (with formulas), Power point,

 

Education and/or Experience:

 

·       M.B.A. in HR & Minimum 4 to 6 Years related experience in HR

 

Language Skills:

 

English & Hindi
