Job Description

  1. Monitor product and curriculum usage at schools.
  2. Conduct workshops/demos of the product for trials at prospective schools along with the sales team.
  3. Train the teachers, monitor their usage performance & provide effective feedback.
  4. Ensure a high level of Customer Satisfaction through prompt service.
  5. Monitor the performance of faculty provided and motivate them weekly and monitor performance.
  6. Weekly reporting to the Implementation Head for your state.


Candidate Profile: -

  1. B.Ed. or equivalent degree.
  2. 3 year of prior work experience (Training or curriculum development experience preferred).
  3. Strong communication skills.
  4. High level of operational proactiveness.
  5. Fluent in the Kannada and English.
  6. Experience handling implementation in schools across Bangalore.
  7. Willing to travel to schools within the state. Role would require out of base city travel - up to 15 days a month.
