As a Backend Developer Lead, your responsibilities will include:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and expertise to the team, ensuring high-quality code and successful project delivery.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of development projects, ensuring they align with company goals and objectives.
• Actively contribute to backend development projects using JavaScript-related frameworks (e.g., Node.js, etc.).
• Collaborate with the architecture team to design scalable and maintainable software solutions.
• Conduct and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality, enforce best practices, and promote knowledge sharing.

Requirements:
