Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced React Native developer with a passion for building innovative mobile applications. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend developers, to conceptualize, build, test, and deploy high-quality mobile applications using React Native.
• Lead development efforts and provide technical guidance to junior developers, ensuring code quality, best practices, and efficient use of resources.
• Participate in architectural discussions and decisions, driving innovation and improvements in our mobile application architecture.
• Translate design specifications into responsive user interfaces, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience across multiple devices and platforms.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code while following coding standards and development best practices.
• Optimize the performance of mobile applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies within the mobile development landscape and apply them to improve our development processes.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, conduct thorough testing, and implement solutions to ensure the quality and reliability of the applications.
• Collaborate with the QA team to ensure comprehensive test coverage and assist in resolving any identified issues.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven track record of developing and launching successful React Native applications for both iOS and Android platforms.
• 5+ years of professional experience in mobile application development, with a strong focus on React Native.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and React/React Native libraries.
• Proficiency in Data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with state management libraries like Redux or MobX.
• Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles and ability to translate designs into functional components.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor junior developers is a plus.
