Role Summary:

Lead digital marketing and performance marketing end-to-end across all platforms, including social media, search, email and website, for Deciml, a round-up investing fintech app. Create campaigns, monitor and optimise spends and track performance on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop and execute digital ad campaigns, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Search, Email, and any other relevant platforms.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and make optimisations across audiences, copy, assets and ad units.
• Manage campaign budgets and schedules.
• Develop a regular cadence to refresh content for both organic and paid requirements. Think creatively about campaign and content deployment and work with in-house content team to deliver the right assets for the same.
• Manage organic social media feeds, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc, working
• closely with content team on requirements.
• Manage Google Analytics and Google Adwords program.
• Own and maintain digital analytics, campaign metrics and campaign reporting.
• Ensure proper tagging of all campaigns to track performance.
• Presenting recommendations to larger marketing team.
• Develop A/B and multivariate testing methodologies to improve campaign performance.

Desired Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing at scale.
• Experience working on App Marketing, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Adwords, Email Marketing, etc.
• Proven experience in delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital analytics, web metrics, with the ability to generate, analyse and interpret
• data.
• Data-driven, proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
