Role Summary: Lead digital marketing and performance marketing end-to-end across all platforms, including social media, search, email and website, for Deciml, a round-up investing fintech app. Create campaigns, monitor and optimise spends and track performance on a daily basis. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Plan, develop and execute digital ad campaigns, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Search, Email, and any other relevant platforms.</li><li>Monitor daily campaign performance and make optimisations across audiences, copy, assets and ad units.</li><li>Manage campaign budgets and schedules.</li><li>Develop a regular cadence to refresh content for both organic and paid requirements. Think creatively about campaign and content deployment and work with in-house content team to deliver the right assets for the same.</li><li>Manage organic social media feeds, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc, working</li><li>closely with content team on requirements.</li><li>Manage Google Analytics and Google Adwords program.</li><li>Own and maintain digital analytics, campaign metrics and campaign reporting.</li><li>Ensure proper tagging of all campaigns to track performance.</li><li>Presenting recommendations to larger marketing team.</li><li>Develop A/B and multivariate testing methodologies to improve campaign performance.</li></ul> Desired Qualifications:<ul><li>3-4 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing at scale.</li><li>Experience working on App Marketing, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Adwords, Email Marketing, etc.</li><li>Proven experience in delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns.</li><li>Strong understanding of digital analytics, web metrics, with the ability to generate, analyse and interpret</li><li>data.</li><li>Data-driven, proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.</li></ul> Desired Qualities:<ul><li>Ability to think creatively about how to deploy content to drive business metrics.</li><li>Proactive and able to work independently.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communications skills.</li><li>A commitment to quality and a thorough approach to the work.</li><li>Ability to problem-solve and come up with creative solutions.</li><li>Flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure.</li></ul> Location:<ul><li>Pune; Limited to no travel</li></ul>
