As a Brand Manager/Performance Marketing , you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective campaign strategies that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, print, and events.
• Define campaign goals, identify target audiences, and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, product, and sales, to ensure campaign consistency and alignment.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver campaigns effectively within set constraints.
• Analyze campaign performance, interpret data insights, and refine strategies to enhance effectiveness and maximize return on investment (ROI).
• Stay informed on industry trends, innovations, and best practices in campaign management and digital marketing.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to showcase campaign performance, key insights, and strategic recommendations to senior Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven 2 yr of experience in Brand Manager Role
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple campaign and Projects simultaneously.
• Surat local candidates are preferable.
