We are looking for a candidate for the position of SALES EXECUTIVE/BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE for our reputed manufacturing industry –Plastic moulded furniture division.


Location: Mysore,chikkamagaluru,Bangalore

Roles and responsibility:

Strong and self motivated individuals who have ability to work independently and play a key role in sales management in line with our business model. Besides sales of molded furniture, material handling crates, house ware and custom molding, the candidate is also expected to contribute to customer acquisition, customer retention, give sales Information and Market intelligence, and take product development and product improvement initiatives.

All round frontline selling ability in plastic injection molded products and working on channel sales as well as institutional/direct customers in South India with relevant industry experience in one or more of the following industries:

v Molded Furniture

v Crates

v Houseware

v Industrial molding

v FMCD,

v FMCG,

Required Qualification: graduate with Degree/Diploma. PG in Sale/Marketing Management is added advantage.

The candidate is expected to initiate and create systems that optimize the sales and marketing activities, operational strategies that address volumes, and build a base of loyal customers using available resources of man, machine and materials, taking into consideration manufacturing facility and market factors.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Beyond basic selling skills, and excellence in communication, ability to network with customers, ability to create demand in the firm’s product range, and have hardcore industry sales/marketing experience of 10 to 15 years, candidates are expected to have the following additional attributes:

·        Strong analytical orientation and problem-solving capabilities

·        Good relationship-building and stakeholder management skills

·        Ability of multitasking. Excellent teamwork and leadership skills. Ability to coordinate with production, work with colleagues and clients to achieve sat targets

·        Experience in working in systems in place like trade terms and conditions applicable to Business Partners, Reporting systems applicable to sales team, and getting the team follow the same with discipline.

·        Track record for delivering the results in time bound productivity and quality, within laid down norms and budget.

·        Willingness to travel and do field work extensively to maintain contact with south regional market.

·        Ability to keep tight control on credit terms as per directives of management
