Job description:
Fresh Tele-Calling / Counseling students and providing information over the phone or by appointment at office, Regarding the suitable programs.
- Managing/handling/Monitoring team of Tele-callers, providing business output from Team.( making calls, lead generation, follow-ups, converting into admission)
- Making calls, Generating / follow-up with leads and converting into admissions, along with Parents Meeting & feedback calls on the database provided.
- Performs other administration tasks and maintains administrative records of the organization.
- Explain to students that which area belong and suggest a suitable course to them.
- Responsible for inbound & outbound calls for any educational inquiries of potential admissions.(Data base provided for calling activities and potential leads)
- Managing the counselling activities with proper appointment in timely manner.
- Daily report to Director/ senior for counselling tasks ongoing and other future updates.
- College Visit for seminar, workshop, Additional changes may done as per business requirement.
