We are hiring for HRBP (Human Resource Business Partner)

DCM is looking for a qualified HR business partner to support and advise the managers and employees of all HR-related matters on a day-to-day basis. The ideal candidates should have solid experience with HR practices and employee management and is expected to promote a culture of performance, meritocracy, collaboration and integrity.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.

• Implement new policies, procedures and programs in support of Business.

• Responsible for working closely with the business leaders and the resource management group to forecast workforce requirements on a monthly/ quarterly basis.

• Be the first point of contact for all employee issues and grievances.

• Drive engagement initiatives like – New hire Buddy/ mentoring program, Voice of Employee, R & R, Friday engagements, etc.

• Support the L&D team in conducting training needs assessment for employees across levels.

• Monitor overall HR strategies, systems and procedures across the organization.

Role Requirement:

• MBA with specialization in Human Resources from a recognized university/ institute.

• 6 - 10 years of proven work experience as an HR business partner with full understanding of all HR functions and best practices.

• Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results.

• Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, excellent people management skills, analytical, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Pre-Requisites

• Candidates with Laptop and Internet connectivity must.

job Location : Remote Work (Anywhere in India)

Working Days : Monday - Friday

Shift : Day Shift

Working timings :- 10:00 am - 7:00 pm

Salary : best in Industry
