Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Manager (Civil Engineer) to oversee and manage the successful completion of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the field of civil engineering, with a strong focus on project management. This is a senior-level position that requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and techniques
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of relevant software applications, such as AutoCAD and MS Project
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Experience in handling large-scale construction projects is preferred
• Certification in project management is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of assigned construction projects from inception to completion
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of milestones
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure compliance with project specifications and requirements
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies
• Manage project budgets and ensure financial objectives are met
• Supervise and lead project teams, providing guidance and support as needed
• Prepare and present progress reports to key stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of the project
