Qualifications and Skills

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• 4-6 years of experience in MEP project management
• Proficient in AutoCAD and project management tools
• Knowledge of building codes and energy efficiency standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) projects from conception to completion
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success
• Implement and oversee HVAC systems and other MEP components in building projects
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Monitor energy efficiency and sustainability measures in projects
