Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Liaising Expert/ Liaising Architect to join our team at DBOT Realty Pvt. As a Liaising Expert/ Liaising Architect, you will be responsible for coordinating and liaising with government authorities, ensuring compliance with building rules and regulations, and providing technical due diligence. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a strong understanding of residential and commercial building practices.

Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience in the real estate industry as a Liaising Expert or Liaising Architect
• Strong knowledge of building rules and regulations
• Proven experience in liaising with government authorities for obtaining necessary approvals and permits
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sound understanding of residential and commercial building practices
• Ability to conduct technical due diligence and assess project feasibility
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field (preferred)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinating and liaising with government authorities to obtain necessary approvals and permits for real estate projects
• Ensuring compliance with building rules and regulations during the design and construction phases of projects
• Conducting technical due diligence to assess the feasibility and viability of real estate projects
• Collaborating with internal teams, including architects, engineers, and project managers, to ensure smooth project execution
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with government authorities and key stakeholders
• Monitoring and updating project schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
• Providing guidance and support on building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements
• Preparing and submitting reports, proposals, and other documentation as required
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices
