Qualifications and Skills

• 4-6 years of experience in civil engineering and contract management
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with tender floating and work orders in real estate projects
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Familiarity with residential and commercial building construction processes
• Bachelor's degree is mandatory (Civil Engineer)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage civil contracts for residential and commercial building projects
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders for successful project completion
• Review and negotiate contract terms and agreements
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Monitor project progress and budget to meet deadlines
