Roles and Responsibilities
Partnering effectively with business to implement strategic employee engagement initiatives.
Work closely with the HR Operations Manager to promote appreciative and excellence culture.
Execution of end to end HR Operations strategy for employees including PMS, HR MIS, employee
database reports, Exit management and HR dashboards .
Ensure adequate and recommend best practices for hire to retire HR processes .
Managing and revamp, if required, HR guidelines and company level policies by actively engaging
with all stakeholders .
Manage the HR Information System (HRIS) to ensure timely and accurate updating of employee
data .
Conduct employee connect program with the aim to reduce attrition and increase employee
satisfaction levels .
Conduct exit interviews and drive the employee exit process and tasks associated with it
Manage the employee letters and communication .
Drive the Rewards and Recognition programs as well as the monthly HR events and activities
Should display the highest level of work ethics and integrity .
Drive employee wellbeing and engagement initiatives.
Develop, Implement and Manage employee retention, relations, counseling and orientation programs.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven work experience of a minimum of 4-6 years in HR Operations :
- Strong working experience of Workday
- Familiarity with HRIS and Employee Engagement Initiatives
- Degree/Certification in HR Management (preferably MBA)
