RESPONSIBILITIES OF PROJECT ARCHITECT.    

1 Checking and creating drawing Templates and Title panels along with Plotter Settings.

2 Creating concepts for small houses to large scale apartments.

3 Incorporating Structural system over architectural drawings and coordinate with structural consultant .

4 Managing and Take work from design team to achive timeline deliverables .

5 Creating Elevation concepts by using prasentation techniques.

6 Prepare (GFC) Good for Constrcution, Working drawings with Team and cross checking with all the details required for execution with out Errors .

7 Cross checking Structural drawings along with architectural drawings with detailed sections and levels along with elevation details incorporation.

8 Coordinate with landscape and MEP constultants , attend the DRM meetings and incorporating all the details over architectural drawings.

9 Project schedule monitoring to achive targets by using effective manpower utilization.

10 Attend meetings with clients / project managers to clarify design RFI and Design approval. 11 Preparing prasentation drawings with team , Review the presentation drawings and creating prasentation formats.

12 Checking Landscape , Structural and MEP drawings and Appove for Execution.
