Job Overview
We are looking for a Showroom Sales Manager to join our team at Damro Groups. As the Showroom Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our showroom, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in showroom management or sales management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire sales staff
- Knowledge of the furniture industry and market trends
- Customer-focused mindset with a track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Proficient in MS Office and sales management software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the overall operations of the showroom, including sales performance, customer service, and staff management
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve targets
- Train and motivate sales staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising in the showroom
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to the management team
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and market conditions in the furniture industry
