Job Overview

We are hiring an Area Sales Executive to join our team at Damro Groups. As an Area Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and meeting sales targets in the assigned area. This is a full-time position with a junior level role, requiring 1 to 3 years of experience. The job location is Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the furniture industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Good understanding of market trends and customer preferences
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area

Roles and Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets in the assigned area by implementing sales strategies
• Identify potential customers and generate new leads through various channels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
• Provide product information and demonstrations to customers
• Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitors' activities
• Submit sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager
• Attend sales meetings, conferences, and trainings
