Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Front End Tech Lead to join our team in

Gurgaon. As a Front End Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a

team of front-end developers in the development and maintenance of web and mobile

applications. Your primary focus will be on ensuring high-quality code, seamless user

experience, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a team of front-end developers, providing technical guidance and

support throughout the development lifecycle.

2. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and backend developers to define

project requirements and deliverables.

3. Develop high-quality front-end code using ReactNative, ReactJS, and other relevant

technologies.

4. Design and implement secure, scalable, and efficient REST API integrations.

5. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

6. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement responsive designs.

7. Collaborate with the QA team to ensure bug-free and high-performance applications.

8. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and provide

recommendations for improvement.

9. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

10. Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and

innovative team environment.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a Front End Tech Lead or similar role, with a total experience of 6 to

8+ years.

3. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ReactNative, ReactJS, and REST API

integration is a must.

4. Good to have skills in Angular, Vue.js, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.

5. Experience in developing responsive web and mobile applications.

6. Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best

practices.

7. Proficient in version control systems (Git) and package managers (npm, yarn).

8. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and continuous

integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.

9. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and debug complex issues.

10. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively

communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
