Job Description

Redica Systems is seeking to hire a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for the development, and maintaining high quality software and design architecture using React and related Frontend technologies. You will work closely with other departments, including product management, quality assurance, and project management, to ensure that our software products meet the organisation’s goals.

What You’ll Do

● Develop high quality software and design architecture using React and related Frontend technologies.

● Develop tools and applications by producing clean and efficient code.

● Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development and proposed solutions.

● Improve operations by conducting systems analysis, recommending changes in policies and procedures.

● Update job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques and computing equipment; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

● Mentor junior and mid-level engineers.

Requirements:

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.

● 5+ years of experience as software engineer.

● Proficiency in coding languages such as HTML, CSS, Javascript and JQuery.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams and management to collect requirements, identify tasks, provide estimates and meet production deadlines.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
