JD - Peoplesoft FSCM
Candidate with atleast 8 years of experience in PeopleSoft as FSCM TechnoFunctional Consultant, with good knowledge of P2P and O2C cycles. Should have good working knowledge of PeopleSoft FSCM - eProcurement, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Asset Management on the P2P side, and Order Management, Billing, AR.
Technical Knowledge:
Should be excellent with the PeopleTools, and Upgrade experience to 9.2 will be helpful anyday. Comfortable to learn new tools/ methodologies in PeopleTools latest versions. Should be good with the following tools -
1. PeopleCode
2. Application Engine
3. XMLP
4. Component Interfaces
5. AWE
6. SQL
The candidate should be able self motivated and should be able to work independently or in a team and interact directly with client to get requirements, prepare SOW, and deliver the work. Ability to work on Primarily on FSCM and if required be able to work in HCM, as the business demands. Mandatory Skills
Technical PeopleCode, App Engine, XMLP, CI and AWE, nVision, Integration Broker, Application Packages
Mandatory knowledge of Atleast Two Modules Functionality - AP/ GL/ ePro/ Purchasing/ Asset Management
Functional Knowledge of P2P and O2C Process and Data Flow, Core Tables in the above flow.
PeopleSoft HCM
Looking for a candidate with atleast 8 years of solid PeopleSoft TechnoFunctional Expertise in HCM with the following skillsets. The candidate should be able to work as individual contributor – directly interact with clients, understand the business needs, derive the requirements, frame the functional specifications, and deliver them with technical and functional excellence. The candidate should be a person who can lead by example, and will be a go-getter. Should be able to manage a team size of two to ten people depending on the Project needs. Should be able to work on estimates, presales and deliver solutions. As a lead, should be self-motivated and be able to motivate and lead teams on toughest time critical projects with ease. Should be flexible to work in Semi-US hours 4 PM to 12 AM IST.
Depending on the business need, the candidate should be able to switch gears and work on FSCM if needed.
