Job Overview

We are seeking a Soft Skill Trainer Teaching Faculty to join our team in Hyderabad. As a fresher, you will have the opportunity to develop and grow while teaching core soft skills essential in the IT industry. This is a full-time position designed to equip you with practical experience while contributing to the training programs at Datavalley.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions on soft skills including communication, leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving
• Develop and upgrade training materials and resources to keep pace with industry standards
• Assess the progress of trainees through tests, activities, and feedback sessions
• Provide one-on-one coaching to help trainees improve their interpersonal skills
• Collaborate with other trainers and departments to create comprehensive training programs
• Support trainees in real-world applications of soft skills in the workplace
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements
• Maintain records of trainee progress and provide regular updates to management
