Job Overview
We are looking for a Junior Office Coordinator to join our team in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of one year to a maximum of three years of work experience. The role involves handling various administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of the office.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant work experience in office administration or coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with different stakeholders.
- Strong multitasking abilities to handle various tasks simultaneously without compromising on quality.
- Good vendor management skills to effectively coordinate and manage third-party services.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all administrative tasks and documentation.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve organizational objectives.
- Proactive attitude to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure the smooth functioning of administrative processes.
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, equipment maintenance, and other services as required.
- Assist in scheduling and organizing meetings, events, and appointments for various teams.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, and route them to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain and update office records, files, and databases to ensure they are accurate and easily accessible.
- Support HR and finance departments with administrative tasks such as onboarding new employees and billing.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to productive work.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
