Job Overview
DataMites™ is seeking an Inside Sales Intern to join our team in Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad, or Ahmedabad. This full-time position is ideal for freshers who are passionate about ending barriers to effective business transformation. As an intern, you will gain invaluable experience in B2C sales, conducting prospecting and client engagement while participating in full sales cycles. We are looking for individuals with 0 to 1 year of work experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM software to manage sales processes and customer interactions effectively.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms to engage potential clients and maintain communication pipelines.
- Proficiency in using lead generation tools to identify and secure potential clients successfully.
- Ability to leverage Salesforce for tracking sales opportunities and optimizing workflow efficiencies.
- Experience with cold calling techniques as part of crafting and implementing new sales strategies.
- Proven skill in prospecting to identify potential sales opportunities and develop new leads.
- Strong ability to engage in B2C sales, building relationships with clients and closing deals (Mandatory skill).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate client engagement and negotiation success.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Engage in the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, under guidance from senior sales executives.
- Analyze and identify prospective clients by utilizing CRM systems and lead generation tools effectively.
- Conduct outreach and follow-up through cold calling, emails, and consultations with potential clients.
- Support in achieving sales targets through strategic client engagement and detailed solution presentations.
- Collaborate with technical teams to acquire a deep understanding of the products and services offered.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client databases, and progress reports, ensuring current data.
- Facilitate a seamless sales process by effectively communicating clients' needs and feedback to the team.
- Participate in team meetings, sharing insights from client interactions to optimize sales strategies.
