DataMites™ is seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess between 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, particularly within the tech or data science sectors. This is a junior-level, full-time position based in Bangalore, Ahmedabad, or Chennai. The Field Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 1 year and maximum 3 years of experience in a sales role.
- Strong knowledge of sales strategies and techniques.
- Experience with customer relationship management tools and systems.
- Proven negotiation skills to close deals effectively and efficiently.
- In-depth understanding of the products and services being offered, particularly in the data science field.
- Able to perform market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Effectively manage time to prioritize tasks and meet sales targets.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills to address client needs and concerns.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients through market research and networking.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer appropriate Data Science solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement sales campaigns.
- Regularly update and maintain customer relationship management records.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote DataMites™ services.
