Job Overview
DataMites™ is seeking a dedicated Centre Receptionist to join our Pune location. This full-time, mid-level position requires an individual who excels in communication and can effectively manage front desk operations while maintaining a professional environment. The ideal candidate will perform administrative tasks and provide exceptional customer service, contributing to the efficient functioning of our center.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must possess good communication skills (Mandatory skill) to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Proven ability to handle the front desk (Mandatory skill) efficiently, including welcoming visitors and managing inquiries.
- Experience in maintaining a professional environment (Mandatory skill) conducive to client satisfaction and staff productivity.
- Required to adeptly handle people, ensuring a positive client and visitor experience at the center.
- Experience in administrative tasks such as record-keeping, scheduling, and coordination is advantageous.
- Capability of answering telephone calls in the absence of the telephone operator, ensuring seamless communication flow.
- Strong time management skills, ensuring tasks are completed punctually and effectively.
- Familiarity with office software applications for efficient handling of daily operations and communications.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Greet and assist all visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment and directing them to appropriate personnel.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, taking messages when necessary and ensuring prompt callback.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, coordinating with providers for replenishment as needed.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry to support administrative operations.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, presentable, and equipped with all needed stationery and material.
- Coordinate with office maintenance staff to address any facility issues promptly.
- Support company events planning and execution, providing administrative assistance where necessary.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve the front desk procedures and customer service excellence.
