Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with potential clients in the market research industry to understand their business objectives and provide tailored solutions.
  • Manage inbound sales inquiries and effectively schedule product demos and client calls.
  • Handle client calls, address inquiries, and guide prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Use tools like Apollo.ai and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to generate leads and build relationships with B2B clients.
  • Drive outbound sales efforts through email marketing and targeted outreach.
  • Schedule and conduct product demonstrations, ensuring alignment with the client's objectives and needs.
  • Work closely with the research and consulting teams to provide clients with customized market research reports and solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and secure long-term partnerships.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and understanding of market trends and client needs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in international and B2B sales within the market research industry.
  • Strong understanding of how to align client objectives with market research solutions.
  • Experience with tools like Apollo.ai, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email marketing is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage the entire sales cycle, including inbound lead handling, call scheduling, and demo presentations.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
