Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent and proactive Senior Executive Human Resources to join our team at Damro Furniture. The position is based in Nelamangala and is a full-time role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices and extensive experience in managing HR functions, with particular emphasis on payroll, recruiting, compliance, and attendance management.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in HR management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing and payroll systems.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and ensuring company compliance with regulations.
  • Ability to manage attendance and time-tracking systems effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective team collaboration.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee payroll operations to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions.
  • Manage recruiting efforts including posting job vacancies, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations to mitigate legal risks and uphold company policies.
  • Monitor employee attendance, manage leave requests, and maintain attendance records.
  • Coordinate and administer HR programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Lead HR projects and implement best practices to improve HR operations and processes.
  • Prepare and analyze HR metrics and data to support strategic decision-making.
