Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales

• Follow provided scripts to effectively communicate with prospects

• Record and update customer information in our database

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and sales

• Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries professionally

• Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong verbal communication skills

• Basic computer proficiency

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent listening skills and patience

• Positive attitude and resilience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience

• Familiarity with CRM software
