Responsibilities and Duties:

• Design, develop, and maintain business & Sales dashboards and reports to support decision-making in sales and operations.
• Extract and analyze sales data from various sources, including internal databases and external market research.
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights within the data, translating complex findings into actionable recommendations.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data and reports by implementing quality control measures.
• Develop and automate sales reports, visualizations, and dashboard updates for daily, weekly, and monthly review by senior management.
• Provide analytical support for sales forecasting, trend analysis, and performance tracking.
• Assist in the implementation of data analytics tools and software, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Train and support team members in the use of data analysis tools and dashboards.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and developments in data analytics and reporting tools.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst ideally within a manufacturing or similar industrial sector.
• Strong proficiency in data analytics and data scraping tools .
• Experience with database management and SQL programming.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze significant amounts of information with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, with an understanding of sales processes and operations.
• Knowledge in Python & R is an added Advantage.
