Job Overview


We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Pre Sales Executive to join our team at Capitalist Yard India Pvt Ltd. As a Pre Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in the success of our real estate business. Your main responsibility will be to support the sales team by providing technical and product knowledge to potential clients. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with the real estate industry and market trends.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical information to non-technical clients.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Understand the company's products and services and effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and generate leads.
  • Schedule and conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our properties.
  • Assist clients in understanding the legal and financial aspects of property transactions.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging sales materials and campaigns.
