Key Responsibilities:

  1. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Implementation and Management:
  • Implement and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) solutions, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to build and execute personalized email campaigns, lead nurturing workflows, and automated journeys.
  • Ensure proper integration of SFMC with other Salesforce products, CRM platforms, and third-party tools.
  1. Campaign Development and Optimization:
  • Design, execute, and manage lifecycle email marketing campaigns, from strategy and planning to design, testing, and analysis.
  • Work closely with creative teams to ensure email templates and customer journeys are visually compelling and aligned with the brand.
  • A/B testing of email content and optimization for improved performance.
  1. Data Management & Segmentation:
  • Develop targeted audience segments based on customer behavior, preferences, and demographic data.
  • Utilize SQL and Data Extensions within SFMC to manage data, build complex queries, and ensure the delivery of relevant, personalized content.
  • Conduct data analysis to measure campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  1. Automation and Workflow Management:
  • Create and maintain automated workflows using Journey Builder to drive customer engagement, loyalty, and conversion.
  • Set up automated customer journeys based on triggers such as behavior, preferences, or lifecycle stages.
  1. Analytics and Reporting:
  • Provide regular reporting on campaign performance, KPIs (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates), and ROI.
  • Leverage Marketing Cloud Analytics tools to deliver insights into customer engagement, content effectiveness, and campaign performance.
  • Use analytics to continuously optimize campaigns for better results.
  1. Collaboration and Strategy:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, IT, and customer service) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Contribute to the development of a broader marketing strategy, helping to ensure marketing efforts align with company objectives.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in email marketing, automation, and customer engagement.
  1. Support and Troubleshooting:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for any issues related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies or delivery issues within SFMC.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including working with Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and other SFMC tools.
  • Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is highly preferred.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, HTML, CSS, AMPscript, and JavaScript to manipulate data and create custom email templates and journeys.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with experience in tools like Google Analytics, Salesforce Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of data management best practices and segmentation techniques.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant).
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
  • Knowledge of additional marketing tools such as Google Tag Manager, Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot.
