The role of a Customer Experience (CX) Specialist is to ensure that the technology team, the marketing team, and the customer service team all follow a buyer-centric approach and deliver a smooth, unfragmented and consistent customer experience across all touchpoints and at all stages of the travel club member's journey.
The CX Specialist is a professional who optimizes every touchpoint within the customer journey. From the initial point of contact to post-purchase support, the CX Specialist focuses on each interaction which prospects, clients, and client's members have with our organization.
