Position: Project Manager (MEP Execution)

Location: Halol, Gujarat

Company: Currie & Brown (UK Based)

Experience: 12+ Years

Education: Graduate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering


Job Description:


Ø Industrial Project Experience: The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in managing industrial projects.

Ø Proficiency in Tools: In-depth knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, and other relevant software tools is required.

Ø Site Management: Ability to independently oversee and manage all aspects of the site, ensuring smooth operations.

Ø Project Execution: Responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities on-site, including management of personnel, materials, and machinery, with a focus on delivering projects within established timelines and maintaining quality standards.

Ø Reporting: Regular reporting to the client on project progress, utilizing tools such as project bar charts and cash flow analysis. Maintaining updated schedules based on site activities.

Ø Stakeholder Coordination: Close coordination with all project stakeholders including clients, architects, designers, consultants, and vendors to ensure project success.

Ø Procurement Assistance: Assisting the client in procurement exercises and finalizing contracts, ensuring adherence to project requirements.

Ø Documentation Review: Reviewing, studying, and analyzing project briefs, designs, estimates, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) submitted by architects, quantity surveyors, and consultants, providing feedback to the client as necessary.

Ø Records Management: Maintaining comprehensive records of drawings, revisions, changes, and compliance documents throughout the project lifecycle.

Ø Meeting Management: Attending and facilitating review meetings on design, work progress, etc. Preparing and circulating Minutes of Meeting (MOM) to all stakeholders.

Ø Equipment Installation & Handover: Overseeing the complete installation, testing, and commissioning of all equipment, and facilitating the handover process to the client. Assisting in project closure activities.

Ø Financial Management: Assisting in bill certification, managing extra items, change orders, reconciliations, and variation orders.
