Job Role: Recruitment and Training Manager
Job timings: 12 pm to 9 pm (Mon-Sat)
Salary: INR 5- 6LPA
Job Overview:
The Recruitment and Training Manager is responsible for overseeing the recruitment and training processes within the organization. This role involves developing effective recruitment strategies, managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, and designing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Responsibilities: 🤓
Recruitment:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and interviews.
- Manage the hiring process, including making job offers and onboarding new employees.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Training and Development:
- Assess training needs within the organization.
- Design and deliver training programs to address identified needs.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective training materials.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make adjustments as needed.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in training methods.
Employee Development:
- Create and implement career development plans for employees.
- Provide guidance on professional growth opportunities.
- Support performance management processes.
Compliance:
- Ensure recruitment and training practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Reporting:
- Generate reports on recruitment and training metrics.
- Provide regular updates to management on recruitment and training activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven 2+ experience in recruitment and training roles, preferably in a managerial capacity.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective training programs.
- Organizational and project management skills.
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other relevant tools.
- Certifications in human resources or training and development are advantageous.
- Worked previously on HRMS/CRM tools.
