Job Summary:
The HR Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for various positions within the organization. They collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, create job descriptions, conduct interviews, and manage the hiring process and HR operations.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Source candidates through online channels (e.g., job boards, social media, professional networks) and traditional methods (e.g., referrals, networking).
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews using various interview techniques (e.g., behavioral, competency-based).
- Assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings.
- Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment.
- Maintain candidate databases and updated recruitment metrics.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Employee engagement Activities, conducting Orientation programs, and Coordinating training programs.
- Onboarding new joiners.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred).
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
