As the Digital Marketing Team Lead/Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital marketing efforts, Your responsibilities will encompass the entire spectrum of digital marketing, from strategy development to hands-on execution. Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
• SEO and SEM: Oversee and optimize search engine marketing and search engine optimization efforts to improve online visibility and rankings.
• Content Strategy: Lead content creation, including content writing, organizing, and content calendar management.
• Email Campaigns: Plan and execute effective email marketing campaigns to engage and convert leads and customers.
• Design Expertise: Proficient in Canva and graphic design tools for creating eye-catching visuals, infographics, and branding materials.
• Research: Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to adapt and refine marketing strategies.
• People Management: Led, mentored, and managed a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, and feedback, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Team Management: Coordinate and oversee various marketing projects, ensuring projects align with the company's objectives.
• Quality Analysis: Monitor and assess the performance of digital marketing campaigns, making data-driven improvements as necessary.
• Planning and Execution: Develop marketing plans and execute them efficiently, meeting deadlines and delivering results.
• Social Media: Spearhead active social media posting, engage with the audience, and strategize social media campaigns.
• Cold Emailing: Implement cold email outreach strategies to generate leads and increase brand exposure.
• Logo Design and Branding: Oversee logo design and branding efforts to maintain brand consistency and professionalism.
• Video Editing and Designing: Proficiency in video editing tools for creating engaging multimedia content.
• Reel Creation and Editing: Develop, edit, and publish reels for social media platforms to enhance engagement.

Qualifications:

• Proven 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, SEM, content creation, and email campaigns.
• Strong proficiency in graphic design tools, video editing, and reel creation.
• Exceptional team leadership and people management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Job timings: Evening Shift / Night Shift 3 pm-12 am/6 pm-3 am ( Monday- Friday)

Salary: 5-7LPA
