Qualifications and Skills:
- Cold Calling expertise
- Client service experience(International clients)
- Sales Operations knowledge
- Lead Generation skills
- Project Management abilities
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) proficiency
- Admin skills -calendar management, inbox management, social media management
- Canva proficiency is preferred
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle international client inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Assist in resolving client issues and escalations
- Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction
- Conduct cold calling and lead generation activities
