· Respond to queries/calls from patients.

· Schedule patient appointments and make reminder calls.

· Plan, coordinate and carry out patient care operations.

· Respond to patient concerns timely and ensure patient satisfaction.

· Maintain patient medical records up-to-date.

· Guide on insurance related issues and claims of the patients.

· Help in admission/discharge and other issues for IPD patients.

· Process patient billings and collect payments.
